THE_GLASSCLOWN: ORIGINS
Stained glass for Kings and Clowns alike
Daniel “Deke” Cameron (aka “@The_Glassclown”) is a stained glass artisan originally from South Korea, now residing in East Austin, Texas.
The_Glassclown began life in Busan, South Korea where he was left in a box at a police station and then delivered to one of many orphanages. After being adopted by an American family at the age of 3, he was off to begin his adventures in the United States.
Several years ago, The_Glassclown’s father’s cousin’s husband passed away, leaving behind many stained glass tools and materials to be claimed. After a couple books and a few youtube videos, The_Glassclown was ready to start to art.
Please don’t get The_Glassclown wrong: he loves flowers and birds just as much as the next clown. But golly gee, does he love comics and 80s/90s nostalgia better. If there is something you’d like to see in glass, let The_Glassclown help you!
The_Glassclown works a desk job to maintain health insurance benefits and the semblance of a normal life, so unfortunately this limits the amount of time he can spend making stained glass panels for no reason. This does not stop him from taking commission work or teaching lessons in copper foil stained glass, leaded stained glass, and glass mosaic.

Your piece will ship in a custom-made wooden box. Every piece is meticulously packed to ensure its unharmed delivery to its destination, despite the rigors of domestic parcel services.

Have a stained glass panel or window that needs a new frame? We can help you with that! High quality wooden frames made in the USA can be added to any panel. We can also add reinforcing zinc frames to floppy or sagging panels to provide long-term strength and stability.
